Experience summary: I took a gap year after school and entered the world of work in an administrative function at a vehicle hire company to save money to travel, which I then did for five months in Europe. On return, I completed my studies whilst working as a waitron. My first position after completing my studies was at a food hygiene equipment company as a sales representative, dealing extensively with factory, farm, and production staff around hygiene and food safety education and products. Two years later, I joined PsyGro – initially as a psychometrist and later with additional responsibilities as a consultant and facilitator. Three years later, I joined Maxie Consulting as a psychometrist. I was also very involved in job and competency profiling, performance management, talent management, and related facilitation during my tenure at Maxie Consulting. After 8 years, I said fond farewells and joined PsyGro as a psychometrist, consultant, and facilitator.
What kind of leader am I? Compassionate, diplomatic, abstract-thinking, light-hearted, structured, and planned.

Loves to…spend time with my husband and children on the beach, get lost in a good book or movie, watch the waves and contemplate life.
Quote I live by…
“You can’t control everything. Sometimes you just need to relax and have faith that things will work out. Let go a little and just let life happen.”
“A grateful heart is a beginning of greatness. It is an expression of humility. It is the development of such virtues as faith, courage, contentment, happiness, love, and well-being.” James E. Faust
